The floor is the same, inside or out. So is the care we take with it.
Dirt sits in the texture of a floor: the grain of a deck, the emboss of LVT, the grout between tiles. A mop spreads it around, and a water blaster can damage the floor getting it out. We use a mechanical brush clean instead.
Our cleaner is Bona Deep Clean Solution, a Greenguard-certified product. It leaves no residue or powder, and it doesn't discolour. We use very little water, so there's no swelling in engineered timber and no delamination of LVT.

Water blasting is hard on floors, and when it goes wrong on a deck the boards have to be replaced.

A mechanical brush clean lifts the dirt without ripping out softened timber, so decks aren't left furry or grooved.

No delamination of LVT or other water-sensitive floors, and no swelling in engineered timber or plank.

Standard two-pass
One pass with diluted Bona Deep Clean Solution and the brush, then a second pass with clean water to rinse away the dirt that was lifted.
- Heavier soiling
Three-pass
A step up from the standard clean, for floors and decks with more built-up dirt. We recommend it after seeing how soiled the floor is.
- Old polish build-up
Polish removal
A separate system for taking old polish off the floor. Ask us whether your floor needs it.
