Vinyl, LVT & plank
LVT, vinyl plank and sheet vinyl brushed clean with very little water, so nothing lifts or delaminates.
What's included
- A test patch first
- A mechanical brush pass that works into the embossed texture
- A clean-water pass to rinse away the dirt that was lifted
- Three-pass or polish removal for heavy build-up
Why it's safe for vinyl, lvt & plank
- Very little water, so no delamination of LVT and other water-sensitive floors
- No residue left behind to attract more dirt
- Does not discolour the floor
- The brush reaches the texture that a mop rides over
Test patch first. We always clean a small area first to check how your floor responds before we do the rest.
Three levels of clean, matched to the floor.
We recommend a level once we've seen the floor, or photos of it. Every job starts with a test patch.
- Most floors
Standard two-pass
One pass with diluted Bona Deep Clean Solution and the brush, then a second pass with clean water to rinse away the dirt that was lifted.
- Heavier soiling
Three-pass
A step up from the standard clean, for floors and decks with more built-up dirt. We recommend it after seeing how soiled the floor is.
- Old polish build-up
Polish removal
A separate system for taking old polish off the floor. Ask us whether your floor needs it.
How a job runs
- 01
Tell us about the floor
Floor type, rough size, suburb and a few photos. We'll recommend a service level and quote.
- 02
Test patch
Before we clean, we always test a small area first to check how the floor responds.
- 03
Brush clean
A mechanical brush pass with diluted Bona Deep Clean Solution lifts the dirt out of the surface.
- 04
Clean-water rinse
A second pass with clean water takes away the lifted dirt. Heavier soiling gets a third pass.
