Shipping

We ship Bona mops, pads and cleaners anywhere in New Zealand. [Courier and shipping rates to be confirmed.]

Orders are usually sent within [number] working days. You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

We don't currently ship outside New Zealand. [To be confirmed.]

Returns & refunds

If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you're covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Contact us and we'll repair, replace or refund it.

Changed your mind? You can return unused, unopened products within [number] days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is [paid by the customer / paid by LookClean]. Opened cleaners can't be returned for change of mind.

Terms of sale

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider. LookClean never sees or stores your card details.

If a product is out of stock after you've ordered, we'll contact you and offer a refund or a wait time.

Cleaning services are quoted separately and are only offered in Auckland. Each quote sets out the price and what's included.

Privacy

This policy follows the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you ask for a quote we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email, suburb, details and photos of your floor, and your message. When you buy from the shop we also collect your delivery address. Payment details go to our payment provider, not to us.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, to quote and carry out cleaning work, and to fulfil and deliver your order. We don't sell your details or use them for marketing without asking.

Who sees it

LookClean, plus the services we use to run the site: our form service, shop and payment provider, and the courier for deliveries. [List the services once chosen.]
